1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This applies to all items, including those purchased due to a change of mind (Buyer's Remorse).

Eligibility Requirements:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused).

  • All original tags must be attached.

  • The item must be in its original packaging: New, unused, with tags in original packaging

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.


2. Return Fees & Shipping (UK Only)

To ensure a hassle-free experience, Cschelles covers all costs associated with returns for our United Kingdom customers:

  • Return Shipping Cost: £0.00 (Free). We do not charge customers for return shipping, regardless of the reason for the return (e.g., defective products or change of mind).

  • Restocking Fees: No restocking fees will be applied to any return.

  • Return Method: Returns are accepted by mail. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label via email.

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Request: Email us at info@cschelles.com with your order number.

  2. Approval: We will respond to your request within 2 business days.

  3. Shipping Label: Once approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  4. Return Shipping fee: Customers are responsible for the Return shipping fee

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@cschelles.com. We will prioritize these requests and ensure a replacement or full refund is processed at no cost to you.

Damaged or Wrong Items:  if the error is yours, you will provide a prepaid label.


5. Refunds & Processing Time

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Full Refund: If approved, you will be automatically refunded the full purchase amount to your original payment method.

  • Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving the item. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.


6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products).

  • Pierced jewelry and earrings (unless they arrive faulty or damaged).

  • Custom-made or personalized products.


7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
