3. Delivery Timeline
Your total delivery time is the sum of our Handling Time and Transit Time.

6. Missing or Delayed Packages
If your delivery has not arrived within 5 business days, please reach out to our support team. If a package is confirmed as lost by Royal Mail, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
